Changes since v1.3.538:

Engine: make smaller binaries for desktop platforms. No change to mobile.
Level: add a new run category: No Coil. This is done by making the ending beatable without coil. No change to the normal ending.
Game: set initial animation frame of items correctly.
Minor module updates.
