Changes since v1.3.263:

Dependencies; update to Ebitengine 2.5.
Engine: add support for stretched aspect on Android.
Engine: can now pass -portable to run as a portable application (with configs and saves in the local directory).
Engine: provide the correct time zone on Android.
Engine: speed up sound loading on Win32.
Localization: new language: Chinese (Simplified)!
