Changes since v1.3.103:

Engine: minor module update.
Level: minor text fixes (periods, spaces).
Translation: fix bug that prevented replacing content (so now one can change translation files on a released binary for testing).
Translation: level file now points at object IDs, not line numbers. More stable, and findable in Tiled.
Translation: more localization notes.
