Changes since v1.2.164:

Level: The One Way Round: add another room :)
Level: In places that require an ability, show an ExitButton sprite if the ability is missing.
Engine: Add some missing palette JSON files, and make sure this does not happen again.
Menu: Make it easier to revert back to VGA.
