Changes since v1.1.234:

Itch: removed the HTML5 build for now - this game really needs local storage to save progress, and browsers are moving away from supporting this in iframes. Instead now linking to my self-hosted https://rm.cloudns.org/aaaaxy/current/aaaaxy.html which isn’t an iframe and thus works.
Engine: improve palette dithering gradients.
Engine: new palettes: smb, and some flags.
